Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of teacher creativity in developing instructional media at SD Negeri 2 Bambapun. The research employed a qualitative approach with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects were the principal, the fifth-grade teacher, and students. The results show that teachers demonstrate creativity in three main indicators: person, process, and product. Creativity is evident in teachers' use of simple materials from their surroundings and the integration of technological media like Chromebooks. Key supporting factors include the principal's encouragement and the availability of electronic media. In contrast, limiting factors involve the lack of human resources in the form of facilitators or training, as well as inadequate IT devices. This research emphasizes the importance of institutional support and continuous professional development to enhance teachers' creativity in education
