Inovasi Pakan Ikan Mas (Cyprinus carpio) Berbasis Tepung Jahe untuk Pertumbuhan Optimal

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dampak pemberian tepung jahe pada pakan terhadap pertumbuhan dan tingkat kelangsungan hidup ikan mas (Cyprinus carpio). Penelitian eksperimental ini dilakukan selama 40 hari di Laboratorium Basah, Universitas Madako Tolitoli, Sulawesi Tengah, menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK). Empat perlakuan dengan tiga ulangan diterapkan, dengan perbedaan dosis tepung jahe sebagai faktor utama. Perlakuan tersebut meliputi: tanpa tepung jahe (kontrol/P0), penambahan 3,75g (P1), 5,5g (P2), dan 7,5g (P3). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan tepung jahe berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan bobot mutlak dan kelangsungan hidup ikan mas. Perlakuan P3 (penambahan 7,5g tepung jahe) memberikan hasil terbaik dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan kelangsungan hidup ikan mas.
