Optimalisasi Pengorganisasian, Penggerakan, Dan Pengawasan Distribusi Rokok Kretek Di Kabupaten Tolitoli

Metode kualitatif deskriptif dalam penelitian ini berfokus pada optimalisasi distribusi rokok kretek di Kabupaten Tolitoli. Data dapat diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan juga pengumpulan dokumen. Teknik purposive digunakan untuk memilih sebanyak 13 informan. Ditemukan hambatan dalam manajemen distribusi seperti kurangnya tenaga penjualan, pelatihan, standarisasi kunjungan, dan program penunjang distribusi meskipun sudah ada upaya yang dilakukan. Dalam hal ini, investasi dalam pelatihan karyawan, teknologi informasi, dan kerjasama antara perusahaan distribusi dengan sub agen serta outlet menjadi keharusan. Studi ini menyarankan agar penelitian segera dilakukan dengan menggunakan variabel dan sampel yang lebih representatif, selain juga menjelajahi pengaruh faktor eksternal seperti regulasi dan tren konsumen. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat untuk meningkatkan pemahaman tentang bagaimana rokok didistribusikan di Tolitoli, sehingga dapat mendukung pengembangan strategi manajemen distribusi rokok kretek yang efektif baik secara regional maupun nasional.
