PENGARUH DISIPLIN MENGAJAR GURU TERHADAP AKTIVITAS BELAJAR SISWA DI MAN 1 SOPPENG

Disiplin sendiri bukan hanya ditujukan kepada siswa tetapi juga ditujukan kepada guru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin mengajar guru terhadap aktivitas belajar siswa di MAN 1 Soppeng. Maka dari itu untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut peneliti menggunakan teknik penggumpulan data melalui observasi, angket, dokumentasi dan wawancara dengan populasi penelitian sebanyak 128 siswa dan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 65 siswa. Sedangkan teknik analisisdata yang digunakan yaitu teknik anali teknik analisis deskriptif dan analisis statistic inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin mengajar guru di MAN 1 Soppeng dalam kategori sangat tinggi dengan tingkat persentase 81,54 persen, dan untuk aktivitas belajar siswa di MAN 1 Soppeng termasuk dalam kategori baik dengan persentase 77,15 persen yang berarti tingkat hubungan dalam kategori sedang. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada Pengaruh Positif dan Signifikan Disiplin Mengajar Guru Terhadap Aktivitas Belajar Siswa di MAN 1 Soppeng.
